By accessing or using Sinest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Sinest is a family organization application that provides tools for managing shopping lists, to-do lists, and family contacts. Our service enables family members to collaborate and stay organized together.

3. Account Registration

To use Sinest, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Sinest (lists, contacts, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and sync your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Pricing and Payment

During our testing phase, Sinest is free to use. After the testing phase, Sinest Pro will be available as a limited time deal for 49 EUR lifetime access. Users who join during the testing phase will retain free access to Pro features for life.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to users.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sinest and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
